Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at FOCUS IOT, a registered business name under JDK TECHNOLOGIES PTY. LTD. Our products are exclusively available to customers in Australia. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with returns and refunds in accordance with our policy.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@focus-iot.com.au. If the item is defective or damaged, we will provide a return label at no additional cost. For any other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will only be issued for items that meet the criteria listed above. If you were provided with a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to confirm the eligibility and process. Depending on stock availability, we will either issue a refund or send the replacement item as requested.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again. If the refund still hasn't posted, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
